Thank you Dr Ko! : My secret journey to fight pimples.

As requested...

Today I'm going to share about my journey to fight acne and pimples. Fyi, I've been trying to curb them for about 2 years. Simply say, there's no single day that I could call a 'pimple-free day'. To those girls out there who are struggling to get rid of them.. I know how it feels and I'm with you.

I feel like I dont want to see anyone. There's one day where I texted my friend, Raihan and told her that I felt extremely shy to show my face when I was heading back home. Hmm. I'm not going to sit still and let them conquer and invade my skin. here's some steps that I did to fight them: 

1. Avoid sun exposure 

2. Drink plenty of plain water

3. Green tea - twice/day 

4. Mask - 1/two weeks

5. Eat more fruits 

and etc... 

There's a lot more, I tell you but above are the prominent steps. After pracising all them, I could see my skin gets better but in a slow pace. One day, while scrolling my instagram I saw a review on Dr Ko skin treatment. Since that day, I started to do a mini research about the effectiveness of the treatment and told my mother about it. 

And... during the consultation day, they told me that I can get my clear skin but it's the matter of time. Well, it depends on how my skin reacts to the products and treatment. I'd agreed to do 4 facial extractions + skin laser + 6 products. A thing that I like about them is that, they do not force us to take any packages that they offered - Yeahh the power of choice! 

Btw, what they do during facial extractions? 

They take out our oil seeds, white heads, blackheads and also pimples. Once they're done, they will put on the mask. 

A bundle of joy! Above are my bio pimple clear, acne mist, essence and mosturizer 

I think this is the best mosturizer I ever had. Like seriously. The texture is so mild and not oily! I've bought 3 already! HAHAHA

Next item that is worth the pay is this clarifying mist. It helps to curb pimples and acne from coming. Use cotton face and slowly tap all over your face. 

Essence helps me to glow my skin...  :D

At the beginning phase, I was required to take 2 medication. Now, since my skin gets better, I only take this everyday. It helps to control oil

My everyday routine: 

1. Cleanser - not more than 3times

2. Clarifying mist - after cleanser

3. Mosturizer 

4. Sunscreen 

* drink a glass of green tea before going to bed* 

My essentials..

 I tell you, since the past 6 months, I dare not to put make-up on my face. It's called a healing process. Foundation is a big nay - So I stick to eyeliner, and lipstick and... off I go! hehe 

Tbh, there's still scars on my skin ( you can see it once you see it clearly) I know it takes time to heal. Insya-Allah. Everything that had happened to me is like a miracle.

 Thank you Allah. I know, You always listen to all my prayers... (never stop praying) 

p/s: examination is overrrrr. Now I'm in the process of preparing myself for my first umrah. InsyaAllah.
