A great teacher is very engaging and holds the attention of students . A great teacher develops a strong rapport with students and establishes trusting relationship . Plus , patience is the essential element of a good teacher . Command over subject is necessary because if you don't know something how you can teach ? Another quality of a good teacher is that he or she must have positive attitude about him or herself and the role to be played . Thus , with this attitude she or he can cover a lot of obstacles ....
